Patient capital
for the compute cycle.

A rule-based fund built to deploy capital during severe dislocations in the emerging market for AI compute — and hold for the recovery.

● COMPUTE PRICE — ILLUSTRATIVE NOT ACTUAL DATA

The shape of the thesis: a sharp dislocation, followed by a structural recovery. Exact strategy parameters are shared in the full whitepaper.

Why Now

Compute is becoming a tradeable commodity.

For the first time, GPU compute is getting the institutional infrastructure that every major commodity eventually needs — standardized pricing, and now, futures markets.

CME × SILICON DATA

CME Group and Silicon Data announced plans in May 2026 to launch a first-in-class compute futures market, pending regulatory review, based on daily GPU rental-rate benchmarks.

ICE × ORNN

Intercontinental Exchange and Ornn separately announced plans for GPU compute futures contracts built on Ornn's Compute Price Index — a second major exchange entering the space.

EARLY INVESTOR INTEREST

Asset managers including ProShares and Rex Shares filed for exchange-traded products tied to the proposed contracts within days of the CME announcement.

The Approach

A disciplined, phased response to dislocation.

Rather than trying to time the bottom, the Fund's strategy is built around distinct phases of capital deployment — becoming more aggressive as dislocations deepen.

01

Early Dislocation

An initial, modest tranche deploys as the first signs of a meaningful price break appear — establishing early exposure without overcommitting capital.

02

Deep Value

The largest tranche is reserved for the point of maximum dislocation — where history suggests the most compelling long-term entry points tend to occur.

03

Reserve Capital

A final reserve stands ready for a truly extreme scenario — held in short-duration instruments in the meantime so it isn't sitting idle.

Specific trigger levels, allocation weights, and contract mechanics are detailed in the full whitepaper, available on request.

The Manager

Built on an existing investment practice.

Data Futures Fund is managed by the same team currently overseeing an existing investment fund with a small base of committed investors. This new fund is a distinct vehicle, built around a new and different market thesis.

The manager's background spans systematic strategy design, portfolio construction, and hands-on fund operations.

A note on track record
The manager's existing fund is a separate vehicle with its own strategy, investors, and performance history. It is referenced here only as background on the manager — not as a performance track record for Data Futures Fund, which has its own distinct, unproven strategy. Past performance of any fund is not indicative of future results.
Team

Two people, building this deliberately.

Leads fund strategy, capital allocation, and investment decisions. Oversees the manager's existing fund alongside this new vehicle.

PG

P.G.

Chief Operating Officer

Runs investor relations, business development, and day-to-day operations — the fund's primary point of contact for new relationships.
